DGT e-Board Bluetooth Walnut/Maple

The DGT Bluetooth electronic chessboard in walnut and maple is a wireless chessboard for electronic play, combining Bluetooth connectivity, USB connection options and the software bundle needed to use it with compatible DGT equipment.

What’s in the box

The board is packed in a special dedicated DGT box and comes with a power adapter with interchangeable plugs, a USB cable, a cable for connecting to a DGT 3000 chess clock or DGT Pi computer, a bag for chess pieces, Fritz software, the necessary chessboard software, and instructions with marketing materials.

Connection and power

Bluetooth provides a wireless range of 10+ m, while the indoor range with a dongle reaches 40+ m. If you prefer a wired setup, the board can also be connected by USB using the included 3.5 m mini-USB cable. Power comes from a Li-ion battery, which supports up to 24 hours of continuous play and can be charged through USB from a PC or directly from a mains socket.

Useful features

A three-colour LED indicator gives a clear status display, and the software update function makes it easier to install future improvements and new features. The board is sold without chess pieces, so pieces are chosen separately.

For a complete playing setup, you can add compatible chess pieces separately or choose a set that includes the board and pieces together.
