The iChessOne Classic is a folding wooden electronic chessboard that combines the feel of traditional over-the-board play with app-based training, automatic move recognition and online play.
You can use it in several ways: face to face at the board, offline without internet access, against an engine, or online through Lichess and Chess.com. That makes it a practical choice for home play, training, club use and travel.
What sets iChessOne Classic apart
This model combines a natural wood finish, a folding construction and electronic piece detection. It works with an app on Android and iOS, so you can keep the feel of a real wooden set while using digital training tools.
Each square has two multicolour LEDs to show moves, hints and app guidance. Full piece recognition means the board knows which piece is on each square, and your game is recorded automatically in PGN.
The system is also responsive enough for faster time controls, including blitz and bullet, so it works for quick games as well as slower study sessions.
For play and training
iChessOne Classic lets you play against someone sitting across the board without giving up electronic game recording. After the game, you can review the moves, analyse mistakes and build your opening repertoire.
The folding format makes it easier to store and carry, and the included stand helps when you want to use a phone or tablet alongside the board. A carrying case and USB-C cable are also included.
